Data collected
When submitting an audit request or using the Brand AI Audit, we collect: website URL, brand name, sector, role, budget priority, first name, last name, professional email, phone (optional) and language. Calculator drafts are temporarily stored on our servers. Standard technical logs may also be recorded.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used to process your Brand AI Audit request, contact you and improve our AI brand governance services. The legal basis is your consent (form) and our legitimate interest (site security).
Retention and recipients
Brand AI Audit drafts are automatically deleted after 7 days (30 days once the journey is completed). Qualified requests are transmitted to our technical subcontractors (hosting, Formspree) strictly for processing. Lead retention: in accordance with legal obligations and contractual relationship.
